01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and ki8888 ("ki8888," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the ki8888 website located at ki8888.club and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, placing any wager, or otherwise using any service provided by ki8888, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ki8888 Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of the ki8888 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This age requirement is mandatory and reflects applicable Philippine regulations for participation in online gaming activities.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful for you personally, and you are not subject to any prohibition or restriction that would make your use of ki8888 unlawful.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from ki8888 or had an account closed for misconduct, fraud, or breach of these Terms.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, and all funds deposited are your own lawfully obtained funds.

ki8888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Acceptable identification documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) UMID card, PhilSys National ID, valid Philippine Passport, or LTO Driver's License. Accounts found to be held by individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, and all balances, including winnings, will be forfeited or refunded at ki8888's sole discretion.

03 Account Registration

To access real-money games and betting services on ki8888, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and a secure password.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active ki8888 account. The creation of multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") for any purpose, including but not limited to circumventing bonus restrictions or evading account closures, is strictly prohibited. ki8888 employs device fingerprinting, IP tracking, and identity matching to detect and close duplicate accounts. All balances associated with duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ki8888 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. ki8888 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account that is attributable to your failure to maintain credential security. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to ki8888 Support immediately.

ki8888 reserves the right to request additional KYC (Know Your Customer) verification documents at any point during your use of the Platform, particularly prior to processing withdrawal requests. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension of withdrawal processing and, in cases of suspected fraud, account closure.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

The ki8888 Platform operates exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in PHP. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20 (at applicable exchange rates). ki8888 does not guarantee the continued availability of any specific payment method and reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment channels at any time.

The minimum deposit is PHP 100. The minimum withdrawal is PHP 100. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. Players who have not completed full KYC verification may have lower withdrawal limits applied.

ki8888 processes withdrawals to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, subject to method-specific rules. Withdrawal requests submitted during business processing hours are typically processed within one (1) to fifteen (15) minutes for e-wallet methods (GCash, Maya). Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days. These are target timeframes and are not guaranteed.

ki8888 reserves the right to delay, hold, or decline withdrawal requests where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) suspicious account activity has been detected; (c) the withdrawal request conflicts with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations; or (d) active bonus wagering requirements have not been satisfied. All transactions are subject to review.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

ki8888 may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback, and other incentives ("Bonuses") to eligible players. All Bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available only to players who have completed account registration and, where required, identity verification.
• Each Bonus offer is subject to a stated wagering requirement (also referred to as a "rollover" or "playthrough" requirement). Bonus funds and, in some cases, the deposit amount associated with the Bonus must be wagered the specified number of times before any resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100% to wagering requirements. Live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or may not contribute at all. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.

06 Game Rules & Fairness

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ki8888 Platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false information during registration or KYC processes, including misrepresentation of age or identity.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or other unauthorised tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, or coordinating betting strategies to exploit bonuses or promotional offers.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities, including funds obtained through fraud, theft, or money laundering.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploit discovered must be reported to ki8888 Support immediately.
• Attempting to access another player's ki8888 account, or facilitating unauthorised access to any account.
• Any conduct that ki8888 reasonably believes constitutes match-fixing, sports fraud, or manipulation of game outcomes.

08 Responsible Gaming

ki8888 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We encourage all players to treat online gaming as a form of entertainment and to play within their financial means. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered ki8888 players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your ki8888 account.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ki8888, its officers, directors, employees, agents, game providers, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, loss of anticipated winnings, or business interruption.

ki8888's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any cause of action arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.

The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. ki8888 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may temporarily restrict Platform access.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

By using the ki8888 Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the binding agreement between you and ki8888.

ki8888 applies industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. We will never sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their independent marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

12 Amendments to Terms

ki8888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. The parties agree to make reasonable good-faith efforts to resolve any dispute through direct negotiation before pursuing formal dispute resolution mechanisms.

ki8888's decisions on matters within its express discretion under these Terms — including game outcome disputes, bonus rulings, and account closures for breach — are final and binding. For payment disputes and other matters not within ki8888's express discretion, parties may seek resolution through applicable legal or regulatory channels.
